リョウジ:
打撃を得意とする格闘家。
自分の実力を過大評価している部分があり、男が女に負けるはずがないという信条の持ち主。

キョウコ:
Beat！に登録している現役の看護師。
人体構造に造詣が深く、その知識を活かした関節技を非常に得意としている。
別名で死神ナースとも言われており、彼女の突出した暴力性は恐れられている。
開発された「新薬」を試す事が多く、今回は試合中に太ももを強化する新薬を使用している。

また彼女が普段勤務している病院が、「タナトス」が運営する系列である事もあり、
彼女に敗北した相手が、患者として入院してくる事が多い。

リノ:
武闘派の痴女ナース。
自分より格下の相手を嫐り、矯正する事に喜びを感じている。
特に年下のショタを蹂躙し、自分色にする事を好む傾向にあり、打撃や絞め技で相手を追い込んだ後、
’お注射’として、ペニスバンドで相手を完膚なきまでに蹂躙する。

格闘家同士を引き合わせるマッチングサイト。
男性格闘家は高額な登録料が掛かるが、女性格闘家は無料で使用する事が出来る。
独自のAI技術を使い、自身と同程度の実力を持つ格闘家を紹介してくれ、対戦場所の提供まで行ってくれる。

男性側から対戦相手を選ぶ事は出来ないが、女性側から相手を指名するシステムがある事や、
男女格闘戦となった場合、女性側に対戦条件を決める権限があるため、やや女性優位の設計になっている。

運営主は、「タナトス」と呼ばれる女子プロレス団体。
